Congratulations on your acceptance to Baylor University, the largest Baptist university in the world! Baylor is one of the most beautiful college campuses in the nation with a rich history, having been chartered in 1845 by the Republic of Texas. The opportunity to become a member of the Greek community at Baylor is one of the most fantastic opportunities here at Baylor. Going Greek provides you with the chance to become a leader on campus, work closely with multiple philanthropies, and get connected with women who are always there to have your back, including hundreds of thousands of alumnae throughout North America! 

Each year, the Theta Omicron chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha looks to find the most outstanding women to join our sisterhood. This spring, we welcomed 108 beautiful young women into our chapter! At Baylor University, our Panhellenic council uses deferred recruitment, meaning recruitment is in the Spring rather than in the Fall. During the Fall, Panhellenic hosts Panhellenic Previews in which women planning on going through the recruitment process can meet and learn more about all the chapters. In the Spring of 2022, Formal Recruitment begins a week prior to classes, January 8-13. ZTA’s recruitment focuses on showcasing our amazing philanthropic contributions, as well as our strong bond of sisterhood. The Theta Omicron chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha does not participate in the process known as "snap bidding."
